Lebanon Middle School is part of the Lebanon Community School Corporation which serves over 3500 students. Four elementary schools feed into LMS that houses 6th, 7th, and 8th grades; these students feed into Lebanon High School. LMS received four-star school status in 2010 and was also recognized as a national and state "School to Watch" in 2015. LCSC was named "Exemplary School Corporation" by the Department of Education; LCSC was recognized as 1 of only 25 school corporations in the state of Indiana that earned this status as result of the PL221 academic achievement results.
