On October 6, 2020, LCSC celebrated the opening of the new tennis facilities.

As part of the 2020 capital improvement projects, the tennis courts were replaced with a post-tension concrete system. This technology will help to resist cracking over time and maintain shape. The tennis courts are now accessible by all spectators and coaches, including access for spectators with disabilities. The lighting system was upgraded to a fully-programmable LED system.

To commemorate the first contest to be held on the new field, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held prior to the final LMS tennis match of the 2020 season.
