The following students were nominated and selected as the February Tiger PRIDE Champions:
Riley Vanaman– Lebanon High School
Nominated by Mr. Rodibaugh and Mrs. Langebartels
Riley is a true embodiment of the Tiger Pride spirit, recognized for her kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering encouragement toward others. She consistently creates an inclusive environment, making everyone feel welcome and valued. Even when faced with an injury, Riley maintained a positive attitude, showing resilience and determination in her efforts. Her hard work and commitment, despite the challenges she faced, highlight her strong character and dedication. Riley’s ability to stay supportive and helpful, no matter the circumstances, makes her a deserving recipient of the Tiger Pride award.
David Ziebarth– Lebanon High School
Nominated by Mr. Rodibaugh and Ms. Coats
David has worked extremely hard to recover his credits to be able to graduate on time. In my class alone he recovered eight credits. He continuously worked to be able to complete these courses. At the first of the year, he started off strong and never gave up. His ability to prioritize his work was astounding. He showed dedication to complete his tasks ahead of pace. His hard work has been admirable.
Charlie Johnson– Lebanon Middle School
Nominated by Team Swag
Team SWAG is honored to nominate Charlie Johnson as our Tiger PRIDE Champion. Charlie consistently demonstrates persistence, responsibility, initiative, dependability, and efficiency both in the classroom and as a leader outside of it. In the classroom, Charlie approaches every task with a strong work ethic, consistently overcoming challenges through determination and hard work. Even when faced with difficult assignments or concepts, Charlie never gives up, always seeking solutions and striving for improvement. This persistence is matched by a sense of responsibility—Charlie consistently meets deadlines, takes ownership of tasks, and contributes positively to group efforts. Through his unwavering persistence, sense of responsibility, and reliable leadership, Charlie serves as a role model, showing that dedication and thoughtful initiative can make a real impact both in and out of the classroom.
Anderson Stump– Lebanon Middle School
Nominated by Team Bulldog
Anderson exemplifies what it means to be a student with PRIDE. Anderson is known to work through hard challenges while also helping other students understand the material. He approaches all classes, peers, and teachers with positivity and respectfulness. Anderson does not have to be asked twice to do things even if it means working with people he wouldn't choose to work with on his own. When working with groups or a partner, Anderson can be trusted to take the lead while maintaining effective collaboration. He has good attendance, but if he does have to miss a day he communicates with his teachers in order to stay on top of his work or work ahead. We can count on Anderson to be respectful, caring, and have a positive attitude toward ALL students and staff.
Eyan Holloman– Central Elementary
Nominated by Mrs. Lahrman
Eyan models PRIDE every day through his outstanding character. His persistence shines in his writing, where he takes extra time to ensure his best work. Eyan's respectfulness has earned him nominations from his classmates for being consistently helpful and attentive to others. His dependability is evident as he completes work ahead of time and reliably participates in all groups without reminders. Eyan lives by his personal mission statement: "I will be a hard worker and a good listener, so I can get better every day."
Hudson Munoz– Harney Elementary
Nominated by Miss. Parker
Hudson gives 100% and continually strives to do his best on his school work and football field. He always wants to know how he can improve or what else he should practice. Hudson helps a classmate that has a medical issue and sometimes needs a buddy escort. He is very cooperative in the classroom and can be counted upon to help whenever the need arises. He has very strong leadership qualities. I'm proud to have Hudson represent our class as this month's tiger pride champion!
Myah Barnes– Hattie B. Stokes
Nominated by Ms. Diehl
Myah is always going above and beyond in class. She is helpful to every student in the room. If she sees someone who doesn't understand or is in distress, she will drop whatever it is she is doing to help them. She always works hard in class and participates even if she is unsure of the answer. She has shown herself to be reliable to myself as a hardworking student and to her peers as a good friend. She brings her 100% every single day and demonstrates PRIDE with ease.
Logan Burfield– Perry-Worth Elementary
Nominated by Mr. Christopher
I nominate Logan Burfield for Tiger PRIDE Champion. This year, he has quickly become a model student. He's shown real persistence in his schoolwork, always trying his best and not giving up. He's also incredibly respectful to everyone, making friends easily and treating others with kindness. [Student's Name] takes initiative by helping out without being asked, and he's completely dependable – teachers can always count on him. He's also very efficient with his time, getting his work done well and on time. He's a great example of what PRIDE means!
