Congratulations to our January 2025 Tiger PRIDE Champions
LCSC believes all students need to master work ethic skills in order to reach their full potential. The goal of PRIDE is to build students of strong character who will strengthen our school district and positively impact the community.
PRIDE describes the fundamental expectations of students at all LCSC schools:
- Persistence: Student is able to persevere through challenges and problem-solve.
- Respectfulness: Student accepts and demonstrates service to others, possesses a positive attitude and communicates clearly.
- Initiative: Student is a self-starter and a critical thinker
- Dependability: Student is reliable and demonstrates responsibility and teamwork. Student also demonstrates academic readiness.
- Efficiency: Student is organized, punctual and demonstrates self-management.
The following students were nominated and selected as the January Tiger PRIDE Champions:
Ricardo Mbuco– Lebanon High School
Nominated by Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Lewis, and Ms. Decker
Ricardo is a very kind and intelligent young man. He is goal-oriented, hard-working, and conscientious. Those qualities, along with his positive attitude, integrity, and generosity of spirit, make him an excellent role model for his peers and a true joy to have in class. He displays all the qualities of a Tiger Pride recipient.
Hannah McKinney– Lebanon High School
Nominated by Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Lewis, and Mrs. Smock
Hannah is a very inquisitive and responsible student. She always does a great job of making sure she understands the task at hand to ensure her success in class. She is very personable in her daily approach to both teachers and other students. She is a great role model for others and is very deserving of Tiger Pride.
Audrie Cooper– Lebanon Middle School

Team SWAG is honored to nominate Audrie Cooper as our Tiger PRIDE Champion. Audrie demonstrates PRIDE on a daily basis, through her leadership and work ethic. Audrie is a leader in the classroom. She demonstrates this daily by working hard, doing her best, and leading by example. Audrie is also a leader in sports as well as her church. Audrie's work ethic is second to none. She continuously works hard at school all the while being involved in multiple sports and other extra-curricular activities. Audrie always comes into class with a smile and positive attitude. Great job Audrie and keep up the amazing work!
Clara Wright– Lebanon Middle School

The Bulldog team is pleased to nominate Clara Wright as our PRIDE student this month. Clara is an enthusiastic learner who consistently works hard, volunteers in class, and helps other students. Beyond academics, Clara brings her positive attitude to many extra-curricular activities, as she is involved in the swimming, diving, and tennis teams, as well as FFA, cheerleading, and the yearbook committee. Her consistent reliability makes her a trusted leader, both among peers and staff, and we are confident she will continue to shine in any future endeavors. The Bulldog team can always count on Clara to be a kind and reliable leader. Congratulations, Clara!
Nelson Huang– Central Elementary

Nelson stands out as a shining example of Tiger Pride through his dedication to learning and genuine kindness. He comes to school prepared and uses his class time wisely. During a lesson, Nelson listens actively and his willingness to ask thoughtful questions prove he has a genuine desire to understand and grow.Nelson’s organization and efficient work habits are complemented beautifully by his warm, welcoming smile and sincere kindness. He is cooperative, and naturally creates an inclusive atmosphere that lifts and encourages others. These qualities make Nelson a valued member of our classroom community, and one who truly embodies the principles we celebrate with the Tiger Pride award.
Ryan Fouts– Harney Elementary

Ryan is a fantastic example of what it means to show PRIDE! He’s always respectful to both his classmates and teachers, and his positive attitude makes him someone everyone enjoys being around. Ryan is the first to step up and help out, whether it’s a friend who needs a hand or a task that needs to get done.Outside the classroom, Ryan stays busy with after-school sports and clubs, where he works hard and supports his teammates. As a member of the WHETV news team, he takes his role seriously and is always dependable. Ryan also has a natural way of lifting up those around him—he’s always encouraging others to keep going and do their best.
Ryan’s determination, kindness, and leadership make him a role model for his peers. He’s the kind of person who makes a difference wherever he goes.
Ashi Gupta– Hattie B. Stokes Elementary

Ashi deserves the Tiger PRIDE Champion because she is constantly working hard and striving to be the best she can be. Participation in class is something that occurs every day, and she encourages others to participate as well. Ashi leads by example every day and is a good role model for her peers. Ashi goes above and beyond everyday with her work and loves her work to be perfect.
Addison Dibner– Perry-Worth Elementary

I am delighted to recognize Addie for her outstanding academic achievement and exemplary classroom behavior. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, a thirst for knowledge, and a positive attitude that contributes greatly to the learning environment. Beyond the classroom, Addie actively participates in a wide range of extracurricular activities, showcasing remarkable dedication and a well-rounded personality. We commend her for maintaining such high academic standards while pursuing diverse interests.
