2024 State of the Schools Event Recap

On Wednesday, August 28, Lebanon Community School Corporation hosted its State of the Schools event at Lebanon High School in the HB Wells Community Center. This annual gathering brought together community leaders, partners, and stakeholders to learn about the latest developments in our district.

LCSC Superintendent, Dr. Jon Milleman, provided a comprehensive update on school operations, performance, ongoing improvement projects, and initiatives. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear directly from those most impacted by these efforts—our students and administrators—through a Q&A panel.

The panel featured representatives from various schools across the district:

  • Lydia Fulkerson, Perry-Worth Elementary
  • Cooper Wilhoite & Principal McKenzie Leckrone, Central Elementary
  • Jillian Pollock & Principal Doyle Dunshee, Lebanon Middle School
  • Lauren Argotte & Principal Frank Meyer, Lebanon High School

Each panelist shared their personal experiences and insights, offering a unique perspective on the day-to-day impact of our district’s work. We loved getting to share all the ways Lebanon Schools are reaching a new best!
