His teachers and coaches have seen this by how he carries himself and how he seeks to develop in his role as a leader and teammate. Jack is energetic and a great role model.
Lebanon High School— Lauren Argotte
Nominated by Ms. Rudolf
If you need a student to be the definition of Tiger Pride, it would be Lauren Argotte. She is the hardest working student I have ever met, and it doesn’t stop in the classroom. She’s involved in a long list of school activities and represents Lebanon well. I have the pleasure of being her teacher and FFA Advisor. However, Lauren and I do an equal amount of advising each other. Without her assistance, I never would have learned as much about the organization and how Lebanon works, so for that, I will forever be grateful for her. Congrats Lauren, you deserve this!
Lebanon Middle School— Lyla Susong
Nominated by Team Swag
Team SWAG is honored to nominate Lyla Susong as a TIGER PRIDE CHAMPION. Lyla is a quiet leader who leads by example. Lyla can be counted on to help staff and students in whatever is needed. Lyla comes into class with a smile and every day. Lyla is part of PBIS where at times she is asked to do work unsupervised in the hall. We can always count on Lyla doing what she is supposed to do. Great job Lyla, keep up the amazing work!
Lebanon Middle School— Lucy Langebartels
Nominated by Team Bulldog
The Bulldog team is pleased to nominate Lucy Langebartels, an exceptional 8th-grade student at LMS, as our PRIDE student this month. Lucy is an outstanding high-ability learner who consistently earns top grades, a testament to her determination and focus on academic success. Her intellectual curiosity and commitment to understanding challenging materials make her a model student in the classroom. She is proactive in seeking out additional resources when needed, and approaches each new topic with enthusiasm and a growth mindset. Beyond academics, Lucy brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to her role as an office assistant and in the school choir. In these roles, she demonstrates initiative, dependability, and efficiency, always going above and beyond what is asked of her. Whether helping with office tasks or performing in choir, Lucy brings a remarkable level of persistence and attention to detail. Lucy exemplifies our school’s values, showing PRIDE through their Persistence, Respectfulness, Initiative, Dependability, and Efficiency. She treats classmates and teachers with kindness and respect, creating a welcoming and supportive environment wherever she goes. Her consistent reliability makes her a trusted leader, both among peers and staff, and we are confident she will continue to shine in any future endeavors.

Austyn Wright consistently demonstrates the qualities of a true Tiger Pride Champion. She helps to foster a welcoming classroom environment by treating all people respectfully and with kindness. Austyn’s dedication to her studies is commendable. She actively participates in class discussions, collaborates effectively, reflects on her progress, and seeks clarification. The result is a consistent high-quality performance. When things don't run smoothly and challenges arise, Austyn responds. She takes action and speaks frankly, while still being sensitive, gentle and understanding. This shows unique leadership and a maturity which is rare at this age, yet seems to be her nature. Austyn’s exemplary behavior and academic achievements make her an outstanding candidate for this honor.
Harney Elementary— Sofia Bernal
Nominated by Becky Warren
Sofia is an outstanding student, consistently responsible and respectful. She shows dedication and dependability by being on time and prepared for her role on the Harney News Crew, where she’s a reliable and positive presence. Callen comes in every day eager to learn. He helps others when they are confused, always being a wonderful helping hand. He is ready to participate no matter the subject and consistently goes above and beyond the work asked of him, at times even writing three paragraphs instead of one for assignments. He never gives up when faced with a challenge and perseveres on his own. He has a great work ethic and is always willing to ask questions. He is an excellent role model for the class, and I am very proud of all the work he has accomplished.
