The notices below are provided annually or in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law or Board Policy.

ESSER III Return to In-Person Instruction Plans
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Education regulations, Lebanon Community School Corporation will review and revise the return to in-person instruction plans as needed every six months, including opportunity for public comment.
The revised plans will be available on the district’s public website.
This process will continue through September 30, 2023.
Return to In-Person Instruction Plans:
Public comment may be made to the LCSC Board of Trustees in accordance with Policy 0167.3 - Public Participation at Board Meetings.
