Annual Student Registration
Online registration is July 1-19 via Skyward Family Access!
Annual student registration is an opportunity for parents and guardians to update personal information and review annual notices. All students must complete registration for the 2024-25 school year.
Current students, including students who have participated in kindergarten registration, can complete the registration process online. Parents should login to Skyward Family Access during the online registration window.
New to LCSC? Please complete the New Student Enrollment Form to begin the enrollment and registration process.

Registration Process
The registration process consists of the following steps. Once you have finished each step, please click the Complete Step # and Move to Step # box. If you do not click the Complete Step box on each screen, your online registration will be incomplete.
-
1. Verify student information.
Confirm that information about your student, including contact information for guardians and emergency contacts, is correct.
-
2. Verify student's ethnicity/race.
The U.S. Department of Education requires all states to collect information on the race and ethnicity of public school students and staff.
-
3. Transportation Services
LCSC will provide all eligible students* with free transportation from a designated pickup location to school and home to a designated dropoff location.
To ensure transportation (if eligible) by the first day of school, verification of residency must be on file no later than the last day of online student registration.
Change of Address
You do not need to verify residency annually. Once enrolled, if you have a change of address outside of the online student registration window, please contact your student’s school office to provide updated verification. Transportation updates will be made within three days of approved verification of address change.
*For more information about transportation eligibility, please see LCSC Department of Transportation.

Acknowledgement of Parent/Student Responsibility to Review Student Handbook
Lebanon Community School Corporation annually publishes student handbooks.
It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians and students to review the information contained in these documents and be familiar with the contents.
Display of Student Image
Throughout the school year, there may be instances where pictures of students may be placed on the LCSC website, social media sites, and promotional materials.
Parents and guardians may give or restrict permission for their child's image, voice, and/or likeness to be displayed.
Display of Student Work
Throughout the school year, there could be instances where a student's work may be displayed in their building and/or throughout the school corporation, on the LCSC website, social media sites, and promotional materials.
Parents and guardians may give or restrict permission for their child's work to be displayed.
FERPA and Student Directory Information Policy
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law, requires that Lebanon Community School Corporation, with certain exceptions, obtain your written consent prior to the disclosure of personally identifiable information from your student's education records. LCSC may disclose appropriately designated "directory information" without written consent, unless you have advised the district to the contrary. The LCSC Board of Trustees designates as student "directory information": a student's name; address; telephone number; date and place of birth; photograph; major field of study; grade level; participation in officially recognized activities and sports; height and weight, if a member of an athletic team; dates of attendance; date of graduation; type of diploma awarded; awards received; honor rolls; or scholarships.
To request that the school not disclose directory information, please notify your child's school in writing within 10 days of the start of the school year or within 10 days of enrolling your child.
Internet Access/Acceptable Use Policy
I have read the Internet Acceptable Use Policy for Lebanon Community School Corporation. I understand that although administrators of LCSC have taken reasonable precautions to ensure that controversial material (in accordance with community standards) is filtered from the LCSC Internet access, at times, something I might find personally controversial may appear. If such a case does occur, I will not hold Lebanon Community School Corporation responsible. I hereby give my permission to issue an account for my child and certify the information contained on this form is correct.
Parents and guardians may give permission for their child to have Internet access, or request that their child be given an alternate activity.
Medical Release
It is the practice of LCSC, in case of an emergency involving your child, to render first aid treatment while contacting the parent/guardian for further instructions. Only after reasonable effort to reach the parents without success will we call your doctor, and only in extreme cases will your child be taken to the hospital.
Parents and guardians may give permission for LCSC to act accordingly.

8. Military Children in Education
This questionnaire is the result of a Department of Defense (DOD) program supported by Indiana statute 20-19-3-9.4. Confidentially identifying military children and providing data on their attendance and educational outcomes, states can assist schools and districts by providing access to data to help inform policy and program decisions for this unique student population. In addition, DOD will benefit from this data in developing policy for military child education initiatives.
