I want our students to be able to “Live Every Adventure” and get the most out of life. This requires a solid foundation based on good health/fitness. They also need to have confidence & competence in a variety of physical skills in order to participate in active pursuits (Physical Literacy).
I want to encourage physical fitness and exercise this year by challenging students to complete monthly fitness activities.
