The Central Elementary School clinic is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.
Please Note: All Medication will need to be brought to the school by a parent or guardian. No medication should travel in a backpack to school with the exemption of diabetic supplies, epi pens, diastat and inhalers that have a written prescription from a doctor. A medication release will need to be signed by the parent/guardian before any medication can be given at school. Medication must be in original packaging and must not be expired.
If your child/children have a daily medication that needs to be administered during school hours, the Medication Release Form must be filled out and given to Holly Bland in the clinic. The form must be filled out correctly and fully before medication will be able to be administered.
