The Career Engagement Department, was established in 2015 and made possible through the partnership with the Lebanon Re-development Commission (RDC). Our mission is to bridge education and opportunities for all LCSC students by connecting with local businesses and the community. Business and industry partners are a critical component to the success of the Career Engagement Department and we are continually looking to build partnerships.
The focus of the Career Engagement Department is to:
Provide leadership in the development and implementation of a comprehensive education program that promotes knowledge of all types of employment opportunities
Educate LCSC students and parents of the advantages of completing school with marketable skills
