We Are TIGERS: Uniting LCSC Through PBIS
At Lebanon Community School Corporation (LCSC), we’re building on the foundation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) by introducing a new unifying framework for our schools: We Are TIGERS.
PBIS has long supported our mission by using proactive systems, data, and evidence-based practices to improve academic and behavioral outcomes for all students. It creates consistent expectations across grade levels, strengthens relationships, and encourages positive school cultures where everyone can succeed.
Now, we’re taking it a step further.
What Is “We Are TIGERS”?
“We Are TIGERS” is more than a slogan— it’s a shared identity that reflects the values and expectations we want every member of LCSC to uphold. Each letter in TIGERS stands for a core attribute that represents what it means to be part of LCSC.
With a common vision, language, and set of practices, this initiative promotes consistency, achievement, connection, and sustainability across all PreK–12 schools. Students will be given opportunities to learn, model, and grow into these expectations every day.
Why It Matters
The “We Are TIGERS” initiative is more than words on a poster— it’s a commitment to building stronger connections between school and home. By focusing on positive relationships, open communication, and meaningful partnerships, we ensure every voice is heard and valued.
Launched at the start of the 2025–2026 school year, this framework is now actively shaping the culture in every school across our district.
We prioritize TEAMWORK.
We show INTEGRITY.
We have a GROWTH-MINDSET.
We are EMPOWERED.
We are RESPONSIBLE.
We are SUPPORTIVE.
