Meet Dr. Milleman 

Since joining Lebanon Community School Corporation as Superintendent in 2019, Dr. Jon Milleman has been guided by a simple belief: every student has unique strengths, and every child deserves the opportunity to discover their greatness.

For Dr. Milleman, education is about more than academics. It's about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping students develop the confidence and character they need to succeed in school and in life. He believes the best schools are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to putting students first.

Throughout his career, Dr. Milleman has served in suburban, urban, and rural school districts of all sizes. Those experiences have shaped his leadership and reinforced the importance of listening, learning, and working alongside students, families, staff, and the community. Whether he's visiting classrooms, attending school events, or meeting with community members, he values every conversation and every story.

Dr. Milleman is passionate about supporting great teachers and creating learning environments where students can thrive. His leadership reflects a commitment to innovative, research-based practices while never losing sight of what matters most— the people who make Lebanon Community School Corporation such a special place.

Personally, Dr. Milleman credits his own journey to the influence of mentors, faith, hard work, service, and humility. Those values continue to guide his leadership every day and inspire his commitment to serving our students, families, and community.
