Virtual Instruction
In the event one or more LCSC schools are unable to operate for in-person instruction, the district may implement virtual learning. This period of virtual learning may last for a pre-determined time period, or may be implemented until further notice.
During virtual learning, all in-person students will continue to learn from home through a combination of live and recorded sessions, interaction with teachers and staff, and utilizing apps and programs for lessons developed by classroom teachers. Students already enrolled in the remote learning option will continue their instruction using the program assigned at the beginning of the year.
