How can I add unwanted messages to my Junk Senders List?
There are approximately 50,000 Spam messages sent daily to LCSC. Although LCSC Spam filters are already
working overtime, some Spam messages do get through to you. If you use Outlook Full Client (not Outlook Web Access:
OWA) to access your e-mail, you can add an unwanted e-mail address to your Junk Senders list.
To do this from the main Outlook Client screen:
On the toolbar, click Tools / Organize.
Click Junk E-mail.
Select the following options: Automatically MOVE and Junk messages to DELETED ITEMS
Click Turn on.
Close the window.
To identify and automatically delete a junk mail sender directly from your Inbox:
Open a message from the sender whose messages you want to automatically delete.
Single click on their e-mail address.
On the toolbar click Actions / Junk E-mail.
Click Add to Junk Senders list.
It's that simple. To obtain Full Client Access to your e-mail contact your Technology Support Specialist.
How do I send an attachment?
Write your e-mail.
Click the Add Attachment button (i.e., the paperclip.)
Under Choose a file to attach, type the path to the file, or click Browse to search for the file.
Click Attach and the file will appear under Current file attachments. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for any
additional files you want to attach.
To return to the form you were working in, click Close. The files you selected now appear in the heading,
