Skyward Mobile Access
Skyward is available in the Apple iTunes app store. Skyward Mobile Access provides parents, students, and staff the option to access the mobile versions of Family Access, Student Access, or Employee Access as a dedicated app on their mobile devices. Users can download the free app to their mobile device, find your school district through a simple search by zip code or by GPS location, and log in with their normal login and password credentials.

1. The way the Skyward logins work is the first 5 characters of your last name, first 3 of your first name and then a 3 digit number sequence. If your last name is less than 5 characters you will need to use spaces to make up for the remaining characters, to make 5. For example Robert E. Lee logon would likely be “lee rob000” You cannot tell but there are 2 spaces between lee and rob000.

2. When looking at grades in Skyward Family/Student Access to see the most current grade you will need to put a check in the box in the upper right corner marked calculate progress report grades. The grade that is showing under P1 is the midterm grade.

3. When adding money to your student's food service account there appears to be a delay in the emails going out about low balances. This does not mean that if you put money on your student's account that they do not have money. When you add money to their account it is posted immediately, however there is some delay between it and when the emails are sent out about low balances. We are looking into this issue.
