PROOF OF RESIDENCY
Proof of residency will be required by all Lebanon Community School Corporation students to ensure that students enroll in the appropriate school. Proof of residency must be produced when the student is enrolled or a change of address is made.

Acceptable proof of residency would be a document such as a utility bill, rental lease, etc. which shows the student’s legal address.

IREAD Information
This is the second year for the IDOE IREAD-3 Assessment program. The purpose of Indiana Reading Evaluation and Determination assessment is to measure foundational reading standards through grade 3. Based on the Indiana Academic Standards, IREAD-3 is a summative assessment that was developed in accordance with Public Law 109. This law “requires evaluation of reading skills annually of students who are in grade three beginning in the Spring of 2012 to ensure that all students can read proficiently before moving on to grade 4.” The next assessment for current grade 3 students is March 18-20, 2013.
