Welcome! Thank you for visiting the Perry-Worth Elementary website! We are a rural community located on the southeast side of Lebanon. Our school is one of four elementary schools in the Lebanon Community School Corporation. Perry-Worth accommodates approximately 270 students in grades K-5. We offer a variety of support systems and services to accommodate a variety of student needs, including Special Education Service, Response to Intervention, Certified Literacy Coach, Speech Therapy, and ESL. At Perry-Worth, student achievement is top priority as we continually strive to meet the needs of all individuals. We are dedicated to providing a safe and caring learning environment for all students and staff. With the appropriate encouragement, guidance, and leadership, we believe that each child has the ability to reach his/her own fullest potential. Clinic Needs!! While cleaning out closets this summer, please send in any school appropriate short sleeved shirts, knee length shorts and sweat pants to the P.W. clinic.
Registration Please mail in your registration packets or attend registration at LMS on July 27th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All registrations need to be turned in by August 1st.

Gas Card Winners Congratulations to the Lietz and Ourai families who were the winners of the $50 gas cards for returning their registration papers by June 10! You may pick those up in the office, or we will send them home with your children on the first day of school.
Ice Cream Social PTO is sponsoring the annual Ice Cream Social on Thursday, August 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is the perfect time for your child to bring in their school supplies and meet their teacher! See you on August 5th!!
