Welcome! Thank you for visiting the Perry-Worth Elementary website! We are a rural community located on the southeast side of Lebanon. Our school is one of four elementary schools in the Lebanon Community School Corporation. Perry-Worth accommodates approximately 320 students in grades K-5. We offer a variety of support systems and services to accommodate a variety of student needs, including Special Education Service, Response to Intervention, Speech Therapy, and ENL. At Perry-Worth, student achievement is top priority as we continually strive to meet the needs of all individuals. We are dedicated to providing a safe and caring learning environment for all students and staff. With the appropriate encouragement, guidance, and leadership, we believe that each child has the ability to reach his/her own fullest potential.
