Welcome to the Perry-Worth Elementary website! On behalf of our entire staff, thank you for visiting. We are a rural elementary school with approximately 370 incredible students from kindergarten to 5th grade. Our school is very fortunate to have a strong and supportive Parent Teacher Organization that is very involved in our school and community. Safety Measures at Perry-Worth

Important info:
To enter the building, we ask that have a legal ID (driver's license, state issued identification card) EACH TIME you wish to enter the building.  If you do not remember to bring your ID, you will be denied access to the building, no exceptions.  **A criminal history must be on file, as well.


December 14 is a Professional development day for our teachers. 

2nd grade's "Holiday Musical"

Join us for a special night filled with a Penguin adventure on December 15!  Our musical starts at 6pm, doors will open at 5:45!

Private School Invitation to Consult on Federal Programs and Determination of Equitable Services
On behalf of the six (6) participating school districts, Boone-Clinton-North West Hendricks Joint Services invites representatives from your private school/agency to a consultation meeting regarding the design and development of special education and related services for students with disabilities within the districts of Lebanon, Clinton Prairie, Clinton Central, Rossville, Western Boone and North West Hendricks. Under the 2004 Amendments to IDEA, we are required to invite you to participate in this annual consultation meeting where we will discuss the extent to which special education services will be offered to students who are unilaterally enrolled by their parents in your private school or facility.
